Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
We are based in Frome, Somerset. We cover Somerset, Wiltshire and Bristol. There is a fuel charge which is calculated according to your distance from Frome.
How much do you charge?
We charge £30 per bed/tent which includes the tent, mattress, bedding, tray and accessories. Extras such as the sweet stand and polaroid package etc. come at an additional cost (Please refer to the theme tabs on the drop down menu for specific prices).
When do you set-up the tents and when do you collect them?
We can be flexible and work to the times that suit you. Typically we set-up in the afternoon and collect the following morning. The tents can be rented for more than one night if required.
Is there an age limit?
There is no upper age limit. However, children must be 4 years old or over to use the tents & equipment.
What is the maximum number of tents that I can book?
We can cater for up to 10 children at a time.
Can I make changes once I have made my booking?
Yes, of course! Subject to availability, you can add on more tents or any extras if needed once your booking has been made.
Can I mix themes?
Yes. You can mix the themes and accessories if you wish.
How can I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer or cash.
When do I pay?
We require a £20 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the party.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We have a Public Liability policy in place and all staff are DBS checked.
How is the equipment cleaned?
All bedding and blankets are washed after every use with non-biological washing liquid. All accessories are appropriately cleaned and disinfected.
Are you able to cater for food allergies/intolerances?
Yes, we take all allergies and intolerances very seriously. If you choose to rent the sweet stand or popcorn stand then we will discuss this at the time of booking. We will ensure we cater to your specific requirements where we can.
Can we use the tents outside?
No. The tents are for indoor use only and must not be taken outside.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things don't always go to plan! If you need to amend your date or cancel your booking then please let us know as soon as you can. Unfortunately the £20 security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
